Shiller PE Ratio – Where are we now?

As of 27 Oct, the Shiller PE ratio of 31.7 is much higher than the mean of 16.8 (https://www.gurufocus.com/shiller-PE.php). This implies a future mean annual mean return of -2.6%.

When the market is overvalued, its best to consider to stay in cash or hedging. Tread carefully if buying stocks as stocks selection is of primary importance.
