Like Reits, bond prices have risen. There are few opportunities now in bonds.
As I have blogged 2 months ago, Aspial cash flow from operations has turned positive, probably because of their entry into properties. Both their retail bonds mature this year, and they are the highest yield to maturity bonds among the SGX retail bonds.
Liquidity is poor. I had to be patient and queue for others to take my bid price. To me, its ideal to use SRS funds to buy retail bonds.
